Can i apply for Over 16 oyster card on 1st September 2009 if i'm turning 16 on 13th Oct 09? - september 2009
My Oyster card in 16 years was lost and did not want to spend £ 5 or € 10 for new 1st I plan instead of 5 € or 10 € for more than 16 Oyster card to spend. My B-Day is 13 October and I wonder if I for a further 16 oysters on 1 September 2009 to apply.
