Hello, I'm Indian. The chicken curry recipe from my mother's usually not. It tastes even better the next day. You can use beef, but should be cooked for a long time to receive bids for:
Chicken Curry
Boiled eggs, peeled
2 pounds skinless chicken with bone, but (very important for flavor. We want a mixture of white and dark meat.)

Carrot Pickle
2 (or more) medium carrots, peeled and cut ino bands of 2 "long

Red Potatoes
4 -6 large potatoes (# 2-1/2), skin boil, cool, then peel and cut
In a saucepan together 1 / 2 cup oil, 1 / 2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 / 2 teaspoon cumin, 1 to 2 serrano pepper, finely chopped, 2 & 1 / 2 tsp tomato puree, 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 / 2 tsp cumin. You can add more cumin and chili powder to add, if desired, to taste.
Mix in the chopped potatoes and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Many Adda Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve.
