Indian Cooking Classes Do You Have An Authentic Indian Recipe I Could Make For My Cooking Class Project?

Do you have an authentic Indian recipe I could make for my cooking class project? - indian cooking classes

It would be better that the recipe was from someone on the Indians. I think I want to make a chicken, but all suggestions are welcome. I dish the night before, so you need to take so long. Thanks in advance! I am so excited to cook Indian food!

Hello, I'm Indian. The chicken curry recipe from my mother's usually not. It tastes even better the next day. You can use beef, but should be cooked for a long time to receive bids for:

Chicken Curry

Boiled eggs, peeled

2 pounds skinless chicken with bone, but (very important for flavor. We want a mixture of white and dark meat.)

The onion and fry in grande de 4 to 6 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon freshly chopped garlic and 2 chopped Serrano. Brown. Add 1 tablespoon coriander 1 teaspoon cumin powder, tea powder, 1 / 2 tsp turmeric tea, 1 / 2 tsp chilli powder 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes 2 tablespoons tomato sauce to taste, lots of pepper and salt. Cook for 30 seconds. Add ground chicken and brown for 3 -4 minutes. Add two cups of hot water, reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours (one hour) at a point, add the eggs about 30 minutes before serving, add cilantro, if you are ready. A very flexible recipe. You can add more onions and spices as your taste.

Bonus Recipe, very good!

Carrot Pickle

2 (or more) medium carrots, peeled and cut ino bands of 2 "long

4 serrano or jalepeno peppers, cut into 2 "strips

½ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)

¾ c. ) Tea chili powder (or more to taste

¾ c. Turmeric Tea

1 teaspoon mustard seeds lightly crushed

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients and let stand one hour. Serve with curry.

And that is simple, and always one of my favorites:

Red Potatoes

4 -6 large potatoes (# 2-1/2), skin boil, cool, then peel and cut

In a saucepan together 1 / 2 cup oil, 1 / 2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 / 2 teaspoon cumin, 1 to 2 serrano pepper, finely chopped, 2 & 1 / 2 tsp tomato puree, 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 / 2 tsp cumin. You can add more cumin and chili powder to add, if desired, to taste.

Mix in the chopped potatoes and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Many Adda Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve.
